With toasty aromatics of cherry, wet gravel, black peppercorn and thyme, this deep ruby colored Tempranillo captivates the senses at first glance. Bright red berries and strawberry present rich fruit flavors on the palate. Notes of earth, black plum and vanilla weave intricate layers, and the wine finishes on chewy and spicy notes. Pair this varietal with a hearty stew, or a spicy dish, such as chile rellenos.
